Our Story
Lulu.vet was born out of frustration. Our founders -- a team of veterinary professionals and software engineers -- watched as clinics struggled with clunky, outdated practice management tools that hadn't evolved in decades. Systems crashed during peak hours, data lived in silos, and staff spent more time fighting software than caring for patients.
In 2021, we set out to build the practice management platform we always wished existed. We spent our first year embedded in veterinary clinics across the country, shadowing veterinarians, technicians, and front desk staff to understand every pain point and workflow. The result is a cloud-native platform that's intuitive enough for anyone to use on day one, yet powerful enough to scale with the most demanding multi-location practices.
