At the end of the trial, you can choose to subscribe or your account will be paused until you upgrade.

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the new features and we'll prorate the difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

No, there are no setup fees for the Starter or Professional plans. You simply sign up and start using Lulu.vet immediately. For Enterprise plans, we offer complimentary onboarding and data migration assistance -- any custom implementation work will be scoped and discussed during your consultation.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as ACH bank transfers for annual plans. All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with NET 30 terms.

Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, we'll provide a full refund -- no questions asked. For annual plans, we offer a prorated refund if you cancel within the first 60 days. After that period, you can cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
